The REIT will invest in 2 initially and up to 7 Preferred Cities across the USA. This will provide diversity in terms of economic drivers, product type, rental yields, supply demand dynamics and price point.
Other than within the first 12 months when it must allocate to at least 2 Preferred Cities, it is intended that the REIT will not have greater than 70% of its assets by value, allocated to any one of the Preferred Cities.
For example, the RE considers that a typical allocation of the Fund is;
Allocation in first 12 months
Allocation in say 24 months time
The actual allocation across the Preferred Cities at this time is expected as;
